Kochi: Aexllor Intelli, a city-based startup, has launched PIPLI, a multi-featured app, to help small and midsize traders to promote their business and sell goods and services with options for entertainment and messenger. The app will become fully functional in three phases. In the first phase, business directory of the traders has been made available. In the second phase, e-commerce services will be made available and in the third phase software required for running business will be added. The small and midsize traders in the state can become members on the app by paying a fixed registration fee.
Addressing a media conference, Aexllor Intelli officials said that with the second phase development, the app will help the registered traders to find customers. It will also help the customers to find traders in their nearby locale and the offers made by them. The app, which has provision for the traders to register in their respective categories, will help the traders to reach large number of customers in a short period.
Also the customers will no longer have to visit various shops for their day-today needs. As part of pre-launching marketing, around 700 traders have already been registered on the app as members. The business directory registration fee for premium registration is Rs 5000 and for address registration it is Rs 1000 per year. Dr. Biju Ramesh, Chairman, Kerala Chamber of Commerce and
Industry, formally inaugurated the registration process by accepting registration fee from Shibu Prabhakaran, MD, Kollam Supreme.
The app also has features for entertainment and users can chat and upload videos by using the app. The company management said that they are planning to organize a short film contest through the app for the public. The android version of the app is available on the Google playstore. Suresh Kumar, MD, Aexllor Intelli and directors Soman Kandathil, Anoop Chandran, Manoj Mathew, Jilak Rajan and Lekha S. were present in the press conference.
